Visitors without an account
The web server sees what any server needs to answer a request: the page you asked
for, your browser type, your IP address and the time. We use no advertising pixels,
no third-party trackers and no third-party analytics.
The site keeps its own simple listening statistics so we know which music people
actually play. Your browser stores a random number (in local storage, not a cookie)
that lets us tell a returning listener from a new one. With it we record which pages
were opened, which tracks were played, whether a track was heard for at least thirty
seconds, how long music played, and the like or dislike you give a track in the player.
We also note the type of device, the language of the browser and its time zone. The
number is not linked to your name or email unless you sign in. You can erase it at any
time by clearing the site data in your browser.
Listener accounts
An account is optional and is created only through Google sign in. From
Google we receive your Google account ID, email address, name, profile picture
and language, and only after Google has confirmed the email address. We never
see your Google password and we ask for no other Google data.
With an account we keep what you do with it: the tracks and collections you
save, your playlists and their order, the name you choose to show on shared
playlists, your listening history (only while history is switched on in your
account), your messages to support, and for security the time, IP address and
browser of each sign in. One cookie keeps you signed in for up to 90 days; it
holds a random key, never your details.
We use this data only to run your library, answer your messages and keep the
service safe from abuse. We do not sell, rent or share it, and we do not use it
for advertising. A playlist becomes visible to others only if you create a
public link for it, and then only its name, its tracks and the first word of
your shown name.
When you buy something, we keep a record of the plan or track, the amount, the date and the reference the payment provider gives us, and of each download you make, so we can deliver what you paid for, answer questions and handle refunds.
Payments
Payments are handled by monobank internet acquiring (JSC Universal Bank). They collect the details needed to take the payment and to meet tax rules: your name, email, country, postal code and payment method. Card numbers go only to the payment provider and its payment networks; we never see or store them. The provider shares with us the order details listed above and your email, so we can link the purchase to your account.
Your control
On the Account page you can download all your data as one file, switch
history off and clear it, sign out on any device, and delete the account. A
deleted account is removed at once together with everything saved in it; a
short internal journal of security events keeps no email address. You can also
remove the site's access in your Google account settings at any time.
Music playback
Players embedded from YouTube are governed by Google's privacy policy once
you press play. We receive no personal data from them.
Our internal tools
The studio software behind this site works with our own accounts only:
our YouTube channel, our Suno account and our Google Ads account. It reads
our own statistics and publishes our own music. It never touches other
people's accounts and never receives personal data of listeners.
Correspondence
If you write to us, we keep the message so we can answer it, and nothing
more. Support requests from an account stay in that account until you delete it. We do not sell, rent or share data with anyone.
Country by address
To show the Ukrainian version and prices in hryvnias, the site checks only the country of your internet address on our own server, against the free IP Geolocation by DB-IP database (CC BY 4.0). The address is not sent anywhere and is not stored for this. Your own choice of language always wins.
