What we sell
Dr.DIO Studio sells digital services and licenses for its own music. The full list with descriptions and prices: Pricing.
- Club
- $2.99 a month or $29.99 a year: offline in the app, unlimited skipping, 30 tracks a month for your own videos
- Club Duo
- $3.98 a month or $39.99 a year: the Club for two accounts
- Business
- $9.99 a month or $99 a year: a background music license for one venue with a certificate, the first 14 days free
- DJ tracks
- $0.59 a track from your balance; top-ups of $5, $10, $15
Payment
Pay online on the site with a Visa or Mastercard card from any bank, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by monobank internet acquiring (JSC Universal Bank); you type the card details on the payment service's secure page, and we never see or store them. The payment receipt arrives by email.
Delivery
There is no physical delivery: everything is digital. Access opens by itself right after the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, in your account on drdio.studio and in the Dr.DIO app.
- Club, Club Duo and Business: the plan is active in your account right after paying;
- DJ tracks: a bought track appears in your profile, FLAC and MP3 download from its page or from My licenses;
- the venue license certificate is emailed within one working day on request.
Renewal and cancelling
Each period is paid on its own: a day before it ends we email you a link to pay for the next one. Nothing is charged automatically; if you do not pay, the plan simply ends with the paid period. You can turn the reminders off any time in your account.
Refunds
The first subscription payment is refunded in full within 14 days. The unused part of a DJ top-up is refunded within 14 days of paying. The money returns to the same card within 5 to 10 working days. All terms: Refunds. Write to pay@drdio.studio or call +380 93 177 55 99.
