You can cancel at any time; the membership stays active until the end of the paid period and is not charged again. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. Later renewals are not refunded, because you can always cancel before the next one.
The unused part of a top-up can be refunded within 14 days of the payment. A bought track that has been downloaded is a delivered digital item and is not refunded, unless the file is broken; then we replace it or return its price to your balance.
The first two weeks are free, and you can cancel during them without paying anything. After that cancel at any time; the license stays valid until the end of the paid period. The first payment is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it.
There are no physical goods, so an exchange means changing plans. Move between Club and Club Duo, or from monthly to yearly, at any time: the unused part of your current payment is converted into days of the new plan and added to its period. A broken or wrongly downloaded track is replaced with a working file free of charge.
If a download is broken, a payment went through twice or the service did not work as described, write to us and we fix it or refund you, whatever the time limits above say.
Write to pay@drdio.studio with the email of your purchase, or on the Help page while signed in. Refunds go back to the same card or method you paid with, through the payment provider, usually within five to ten working days.
