Why do I need a license for background music?

Music played to customers counts as public use. Personal plans, ours and everyone else's, are for private listening only, so a venue needs a license that covers its premises.

What do I need to play it?

Any computer, tablet or phone with a browser and speakers. Open the business player and leave it running all day.

Can I pick the mood myself?

Yes. By default the music follows the hour of the day; you can fix one station or set your own schedule.
