The story
On a moon with a sixth of the usual gravity, a drum does strange things: the skin rings longer, the dust it shakes loose rises in slow silver columns and takes minutes to come down. Subgravity Rite is a ceremony scored for exactly that physics. A ring of drummers, a crater for an amphitheatre, a planet climbing the horizon behind them like an uninvited god, and every beat hanging in the thin air a moment longer than the heart expects.
It plays as tribal space ambient at 80 BPM in F# Minor: frame drums and shaker pulses beneath drones that stretch from the crater floor to somewhere past the exosphere. The rhythm is ritualistic without being strict; it breathes, drops a beat when the dust needs time to settle, returns exactly when the circle expects it.
