What Kick's rules say about music
Guideline 10 (Lawfulness) requires compliance with laws, including copyright and intellectual property, and serious or repeated offenses can lead to suspension or removal. Users warrant that their content does not infringe third party rights, and music is listed as a type of user content.
No music specific rules or music library were found on Kick's official pages, and Kick runs no automatic Content ID style matching.
DMCA notices and counter notices
A DMCA notice must identify the work and the infringing URL, give contact details, include good faith and accuracy statements under penalty of perjury, and be signed. On a valid notice Kick may remove the content or disable or terminate the account.
A counter notice must give the removed URLs, the claimant's name, the Kick channel name, the user's legal name and contact details, and a signed consent to US federal court jurisdiction.
Kick suspends or terminates repeat infringers, and may act on blatant infringement without a repeat history. How Kick treats notices for VODs and clips is not described, and its policies are brief and can change.
Using music you have a license for
With no allowlist system, documentation is the safeguard. Keep the license or proof of ownership and, if content is removed, file a counter notice with the required elements.
Dr.DIO on Kick
Dr.DIO does not register its music in YouTube Content ID. The Creator plan ($9.99 a month) gives 100 tracks a month, a license number for YouTube and the Dr.DIO radio as a stream background; the Free plan gives 10 tracks a month with the credit line "Music: Dr.DIO · track title · drdio.studio".
On Kick keep your Dr.DIO license number; it is what you would rely on in a counter notice.
