If you used Trusonic, Mood Media is now the place to go. Mood takes full responsibility for music licensing on your behalf and handles reporting and fees to ASCAP, BMI and GMR. It offers label music and services for chains that Dr.DIO does not.

Dr.DIO Business is a smaller, direct option: $14.99 a month or $149 a year per venue, 14 days free, with a public playback license and certificate.

No Dr.DIO track is registered with any collecting society, and the license for Dr.DIO music comes from the studio directly. In some countries a society may presume all music is in its repertoire (GEMA in Germany is one example), and the venue may need to show it plays only non managed music. Radio, TV or live music in the same venue still need their own licenses.
